About Us

The Harbalis family has spent their entire lives in the restaurant business. they know the hard work and tireless days and nights involved to make a restaurant operate at it's true potential. With the Harbalis brothers, Chis and Frank (pictured) now entering the fray, they bought the long standing Rosemary and Thyme and have made it their own. 

Our restaurant is available for private events: business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, birthdays and more.
